Hofstede, Hofstede, and Minkov, "Cultures and Organizations"

Hofstede.jpg

A sweeping study of cultural differences between the world’s societies that attempts to explain these differences in terms of different “cultural dimensions.”

Dutch anthropologist Geert Hofstede’s research into culture began in the 1970s with a series of surveys of IBM employees in 70 different countries. This book is the latest edition summarizing the findings of Hofstede’s research into culture since then.
